FUN FUN FUN
One of the traditions that we always do is decorate gingerbread houses. This year, the kids decided to pick something different. Olivia wanted to do the chocolate candy suckers. She loved it. She did a really good job. She loved acting like "Buddy" from Cake Boss.
This is one of Olivia's finished products. She even wrapped them in little bags. This is a stocking with a teddy bear and a present in it. Looks great!!!
Owen opted for the gingerbread men to decorate. He really enjoyed decorating each one different. I did not have the heart to tell him that they do not taste good! HAHAHA. He did eat as much icing as he put on the gingerbread men.
Love this picture. For those of you that know Owen, it is RARE that I get a "good smile." Happy for a "natural" smile from him for once. So glad that he had a good time decorating, this was his first experience working with fondont! Which was an experience in and of itself. He did try to eat one, he took a bite.... sat there for a minute, and said "well, that doesn't taste very good." HAHAHA.
