BRRRRRRRRR! That was our evening at the Parade.
Mommy and Owen enjoyed the parade very much. Owen was a real trooper. He did however have about 4 blankets. There was some very interesting "candy" handed out at the parade, there was a box of cereal, a bag of chips, and coloring books! All items I would expect at a Christmas Parade.........?
Here is Olivia before the parade getting ready to get on the float, lets hope she stays warm! I did buy her hand and foot warmers, hope they work. The package said it would stay warm for 6+ hours. We will see.
Here is Olivia and a few friends on the float. It was really tough to get a picture because it was difficult to see her. But, I chased the parade down the street just to make sure I got a photo. (Was that to much?? Have I become that embarassing mom?)
Daddy and Owen, leave it to daddy to remember the gloves and extra blankets as well as a secret stash of suckers "just in case." We finished the evening by taking the kids to dinner at Applebee's, one of there favorite restaurants. Good news.....hand and foot warmers were a success!!
